Website Accessibility Statement

This document outlines the accessibility features implemented into this site as well as illustrating any limitations the site may have, and identifying any recommendations for optimal viewing.

Visual Design

This site makes use of the following visual design features:

  • This site uses CSS for visual layout. For optimal viewing, it is recommended that you use a browser with CSS2 support, such as Internet Explorer 5.5 or better, or Mozilla Firefox. The site has been tested and is functional in Internet Explorer 4.01, 5.01, 5.5, 6 and Mozilla Firefox 0.8.
  • This site uses relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers. The recommended "text size" for viewing this site in a visual browser is medium or 100%.
  • If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets, the content of each page will still be readable.
  • The first time an abbreviation or an acronym is used in a page, it is identified with either an <abbr> tag or an <acronym> tag respectively. This displays as a dotted or a dashed orange underline in visual browsers. When the user places their pointer over an <abbr> or an <acronym>, a tooltip will display the corresponding definition.
